RESUME OF INCIDENT
On 05/24/17, Officer Harlow was dispatched to the 100 block of N. Mahan St. to locate a runaway juvenile at the request of the Bakersfield Police Department. Officer Harlow knocked at the residence, however no one would come to the door. Officer Harlow could hear people talking inside of the residence. It was determined that the homeowner was on probation with search terms. It was announced to the subjects inside to open the door for a probation search, however they still refused. The front door was breached and several people were located inside of the residence hiding. A probation search of the residence was conducted and approximately 26 grams of heroin was located along with approximately 8 grams of methamphetamine. Several subjects in the residence were also determined to be under the influence of controlled substances and paraphernalia was located. The above listed suspects were arrested and booked at Central Receiving Facility-Bakersfield.
