BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Ridgecrest Police Department is seeking the assistance of the public to identify two women and a man who are accused of stealing an elderly woman’s wallet and using her credit and debit cards.
The police have noted that one of the women has distinctive tattoos on her arms.
According to the RPD, some of the stolen cards were utilized in Tehachapi, suggesting that the suspects are not residents of Ridgecrest.
