On 08-30-19 at about 1410 hours, Officers observed smoke coming from a residence in the 100 block of W. Wilson Ave. As they approached the house someone from inside was heard screaming for help. The front door was locked and Officers tried to gain entry. Two citizens approached to assist Officers and force the front door open to gain entry and extract the victim. The victim was located in his wheel chair near the doorway and was pulled from the burning home. The fire seemed suspicious in nature and Andrea Doss was determined to be a suspect of Arson.
