DATE OF INCIDENT: February 16, 2020
TYPE OF INCIDENT: Found the coolest dog of all time
LOCATION: City of Ridgecrest
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT
On 2/16/2020, officers received a report of a found dog in the City of Ridgecrest. As officers arrived on scene, they quickly realized this was no ordinary dog. This was a majestic English Bulldog. He was exhausted from just being awake and his heavy panting sounded like a small block chevy that was having a hard time idling. Like one of those old muscle cars with a cam that was way too big and the hood shakes when it sits at the stop lights.
We don’t know what his real name is because there was no collar or tags…subsequently we have temporarily named him Tater Tot, due to our mutual love for tater tots. Since we came to possess our sweet Tater Tot, he has ruined three pairs of pants and also urinated in dispatch. That being said, he is still an awesome pup and we know someone is missing him. If you know who Tater Tot belongs to, have them get in contact with the Ridgecrest Police Department at (760) 499-5100. Until then, we are gonna get this pretty boy all cleaned up and fed.
