A 32-year-old guy was found shot to death in a Royal Palm Beach neighborhood, and the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said Saturday night that they think the shooter and the victim knew each other.
Around 3:30 p.m., PBSO and Palm Beach Fire Rescue teams went to the 100 block of Nottingham Road, which is between Southern Avenue and Okeechobee Boulevard and east of Folsom Road.
One guy was found with several gunshot wounds, and he was taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center as a trauma alert.
Teri Barbera, a spokesperson for the PBSO, said that the man died there because of his injuries.
The Violent Crimes Division sent detectives to look into the killing as a murder.
Barbera said that PBSO doesn’t think there’s any danger to the neighborhood. She told him that he is a man.
