Here’s how much rain has already fallen in Southern California
The largest system in a series of storms moving through Southern California this week is expected to drop the most rain on Southern California Thursday.
The storm is forecast to bring up to 3 inches of rain to some coastal and valley areas according to the National Weather Service. Most areas remained between a half-inch and one-inch as of Thursday morning.
“We’re still waiting for that middle of the day when we start to see the heavier rain push through and then the colder air wrap in behind it,” KTLA Meteorologist Henry DiCarlo said.
