Delaware Police Seek Suspect in Armed Dunkin’ Robbery in New Castle

New Castle, DE – Delaware State Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred early Friday at a Dunkin’ Donuts in New Castle.

At approximately 2:32 a.m. on February 23, officers responded to the Dunkin’ Donuts at 4004 North Dupont Highway. Investigators said a male suspect entered the store, sat at a table, and spoke with a female employee. After some time, he pulled out a gun and demanded cash. The employee complied, and the suspect fled with an undisclosed amount. No injuries were reported.

Police described the suspect as a Black male, about 5’8” with a slim build. Officers searched the area but did not find him. Surveillance footage is not yet available.
