Houston, TX: Weekend Weather Brings Sunshine Before Storm Chances Increase Next Week

Houston, TX – Patchy fog will continue overnight into early Saturday morning, creating low visibility for drivers in and around Houston. The National Weather Service advises caution on the roads, especially before 10 a.m. Saturday, as fog could impact travel.

According to the latest forecast, temperatures will warm up through the weekend, reaching a high of 82°F Saturday and 80°F Sunday. Expect mostly sunny skies after the morning fog lifts, with light winds between 5 and 15 mph.

By Monday, rain chances increase, with a 30% likelihood of showers, mainly in the afternoon. Tuesday and Wednesday bring a higher risk of thunderstorms, with precipitation chances at 60% and 70%, respectively. Highs will remain in the low-to-mid 70s, with overnight lows dipping into the 60s.
