Burglars drop cash, handbags while fleeing Bel-Air break-in

Police are searching for two suspects involved in a burglary at a home in the Bel-Air neighborhood of Los Angeles early Monday morning.

The incident was reported just after 1 a.m. in the 15400 block of Milldale Drive.

Video showed what appeared to be hundreds of dollars in stolen cash that was dropped on the street along with several high-end bags during the getaway.

The suspects were described only as two males wearing all black, according to a spokesperson with the Los Angeles Police Department.

The suspects remain on the loose after fleeing the home on foot and then jumping into a getaway car.

It was unclear if anyone was inside the home at the time of the burglary.

No injuries were reported.
