‘Operation Cross Country’ By The FBI Saves 200 Victims and Detains Over 60 Suspects in Human Trafficking

Operation Cross Country, led by the FBI, successfully saved 200 victims and apprehended more than 60 individuals who were allegedly involved in human trafficking. This ongoing initiative, launched 13 years ago, is dedicated to combating human trafficking and providing aid to survivors of sexual exploitation.

In a series of 17 coordinated operations spanning the past two weeks, the FBI joined forces with federal, state, and local authorities to identify victims and suspects. Furthermore, these joint efforts resulted in the confiscation of illegal firearms.
