According to the National Weather Service in Binghamton, overnight lows will hit -15°F in Boonville, -11F in Hamilton, and -9F in Norwich. Syracuse and Ithaca will see temperatures near -4F. These frigid conditions could pose frostbite risks for exposed skin in minutes.
Snow is expected Sunday, with Oneida County seeing 3 to 4 inches. Central NY will get 1 to 2 inches, while Northeast Pennsylvania may see up to an inch.
