Jasper County, IN – A single-lane closure on I-65 southbound near Remington starts today as crews shift traffic from the right lane to the left.
According to the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT), workers will begin the switch during the morning hours. The closure allows crews to complete a bridge inspection on County Road 1800 S.
Work is expected to last for a few hours but depends on weather conditions. The left southbound lane will close starting at 9 a.m. as part of the inspection process.
Drivers should expect possible delays and reduced speeds through the area. INDOT urges motorists to use caution in the work zone and obey posted signs.
