MIAMI – The Miami Police Department is currently investigating the death of a man discovered on a sidewalk in the Little Havana neighborhood on Saturday afternoon.
Officer Kiara Delva, a spokesperson for the Miami Police Department, stated that officers were called to Northwest Ninth Avenue and Northwest First Street around noon in response to a report of an unresponsive man lying on the sidewalk.
Upon the arrival of the police and paramedics, it was determined that the man had passed away at the scene.
Delva mentioned that it remains uncertain whether the man’s death was due to a medical condition or natural causes.
The police are currently treating the case as an unclassified death and have not provided any further information about the victim.
