The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in finding a man who is considered at-risk and has gone missing.
Roque Vargas was last observed on June 19, 2023, around 1:30 pm in the 2600 block of Mt. Vernon Avenue.
The BPD issued a press release stating that Vargas is at-risk due to a mental condition.
Vargas is described as a 27-year-old Hispanic male, approximately 5’7″ tall and weighing around 155 pounds.
He has short brown hair, and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a turquoise shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes.
