Concord, NH – Authorities are searching for a driver involved in a hit-and-run incident that left one person injured late Friday night on Interstate 93.
According to New Hampshire State Police, the crash occurred at 11:50 p.m. on I-93 northbound near Exit 13. A Jeep and a silver four-door sedan were involved in a minor collision, and as the driver of the Jeep exited their vehicle, the driver of the sedan allegedly struck them before fleeing the scene.
The victim, an adult female, was transported to Concord Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, officials said. A Be On the Lookout (BOLO) alert was issued for the suspect vehicle, but as of Saturday, authorities had not yet located the car or its driver.
State Police, assisted by the Concord Fire Department, temporarily closed I-93 at Exit 13 for about 15 minutes while conducting their investigation.
