Ohio Weather Alert: Warmer Temps and Midweek Rain in Wilmington – Here’s What to Expect

Wilmington, OH – A sunny start to the week will give way to warmer temperatures and potential rain showers by midweek in Wilmington. Residents can expect highs near 50°F on Monday before a noticeable warm-up on Wednesday, but with increased chances of showers.

According to the National Weather Service, Monday will be mostly sunny with a high near 49°F and southwest winds up to 16 mph, with gusts reaching 26 mph. Monday night brings a slight chance of showers, with lows around 36°F.

By Tuesday, conditions stay partly sunny with a high near 50°F, but temperatures will jump significantly by Wednesday, reaching a high of 58°F. However, a chance of showers will develop Wednesday night, with a 50% likelihood of rain and a low around 38°F.

Looking ahead to the five-day forecast:

Thursday: Mostly cloudy, high near 45°F.

Friday: Partly sunny, high near 48°F.

Saturday: Another mild day with highs in the low 50s.

With warmer temperatures midweek and rain chances increasing, residents should be prepared for potential wet conditions. If you’re traveling, check for changing road conditions and carry an umbrella by midweek.
