Racine, WI – Authorities took swift action after a 29-year-old woman claimed she placed a bomb inside the Racine County Jail on Friday afternoon.
The incident began around 2:15 p.m. when the woman informed a jail employee that she had left a bomb in a publicly accessible area of the facility. The suspect allegedly made statements about intending to “blow up” the building.
