Robbery suspect fatally shot by police in Los Angeles County

Police officers shot and killed a man suspected in an armed robbery in a parking lot in Los Angeles County’s Walnut Park neighborhood on Wednesday.

The shots rang out around 12:40 p.m. next to an apartment building at Seville Avenue and Walnut Street.

Video from the scene showed the suspect deceased inside a bullet-riddled SUV, with shell casings on the asphalt.
