According to the NWS Detroit/Pontiac office, snowfall will spread across the region, with the heaviest accumulation expected north of a Saginaw-to-Sandusky line. These areas could see 3 to 5 inches, while the rest of the region may receive 2 to 3 inches.

Temperatures will remain in the 20s throughout the snowfall, creating hazardous conditions on roads. Officials urge drivers to use caution and allow extra travel time.

Snowfall may impact weekend activities, with reduced visibility and slippery roads. Residents should prepare for winter weather conditions by checking forecasts and dressing in layers.
