Southern California’s spring has sprung with warming weather

The spring season rings in with warming days and no sight of rain for at least a week. Los Angeles will be in the low to mid-70s. The inland valleys could experience temperatures in the mid-80s by Tuesday. Some areas, particularly in the high desert and mountains, could also have windy conditions.
