Brownsville, TX – A freeze warning and cold weather advisory have been issued for Brooks, Jim Hogg, and Zapata counties, beginning at midnight Sunday and continuing until 9 a.m. Monday. Residents should prepare for sub-freezing temperatures and dangerously low wind chills.
