Dallas, TX – North Texas is waking up to dense fog this morning, impacting visibility across major highways, including I-35 and I-20. A Dense Fog Advisory remains in effect until 10 a.m. Wednesday, with visibility dropping to a quarter-mile or less in some areas. Drivers should use low-beam headlights and allow extra travel time.

According to the National Weather Service, the fog will lift by late morning, making way for partly sunny skies and a high near 70°F. Light drizzle may linger through early afternoon before conditions clear.

By Thursday, expect mostly sunny skies and a high of 81°F, followed by mild nighttime temperatures around 60°F. Friday and Saturday will bring unseasonably warm weather, with highs reaching the mid-80s. Winds will pick up slightly, with gusts up to 25 mph by Saturday night.

While no severe weather is expected, the rapid temperature shift could lead to increased pollen levels. Residents should prepare for warmer-than-average February temperatures and take precautions for changing driving conditions in the morning.
