BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in identifying two individuals who allegedly brandished firearms at AM/PM store employees and made off with cash.
On September 2nd, at approximately 4:55 a.m., these two suspects entered the AM/PM establishment located on Rosedale Highway. It’s alleged that they menaced the employees with their firearms, demanding money before fleeing in an eastward direction on foot.
One of the suspects is described as having a “prominent nose” and a medium build. During the incident, he was attired in a black hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, white shoes, carried a gray backpack, and wielded a Glock-style black firearm.
The second suspect was characterized as having a slender build. At the time of the crime, he was seen wearing a blue hat, a black hooded sweatshirt, blue gloves, black pants, black shoes, and carried a black duffle bag adorned with a red logo.
