Universal Studios Hollywood is offering first responders complimentary one-day General Admission tickets to express “gratitude for their heroic efforts in tackling the devastating Los Angeles wildfires.”

The “First Responder Heroes Ticket” offer extends to all eligible U.S.-based, active first responders within public or private agencies/entities who assist the community in the following categories:

  • Firefighters
  • Police Officers

  • National Guard
  • Paramedics
  •  Emergency Medical Technicians

The ticket deal, available until April 10, 2025, also includes a 50% discount on up to three 1-Day General Admission tickets. Retired and volunteer first responders are excluded from the offer.

The ticket deal can only be redeemed once per eligible first responder in person at the theme park’s dedicated “First Responder Heroes Ticket” ticket booth located at the Front Gate entrance.

The deal is not available online.

To take advantage of the ticket deal, eligible first responders must show a valid government-issued photo ID and a valid employee ID card for a qualifying first responder occupation.

“The selfless dedication and tireless resilience exhibited by the first responders in response to combatting the L.A. wildfires has been nothing short of extraordinary, and we are very grateful to these unsung heroes for their courage during this difficult time,” Scott Strobl, Universal Studios Hollywood’s executive vice president and general manager said in a statement. “When these first responders are ready for a much-needed break, we look forward to welcoming them to our theme park.”

Tickets must be used on the same day once redeemed. More information about the deal can be found here.
