Washington Winter Storm to Bring Rain, Snow, and Wind to Spokane This Weekend

Spokane, WA – A winter storm is set to bring snow, rain, and gusty winds to Spokane starting Friday, potentially impacting travel and outdoor plans. The system will move in late Thursday night, with snow accumulation expected before a change to rain Friday afternoon.

According to the National Weather Service, Friday will start with snow, transitioning to rain by the afternoon as temperatures rise. Winds from the southwest could reach 26 mph, making roads slick. Friday night will see more rain mixed with snow, with temperatures hovering in the low 30s.

Saturday brings a 50% chance of snow, with highs near 38°F. A weaker system follows Saturday night, bringing additional snow showers before tapering off Sunday morning. Highs on Sunday will reach 33°F, with lingering snow chances.
