Wind Advisory Issued for Southeastern Michigan on Monday

Detroit, MI – A Wind Advisory has been issued for southeastern Michigan, including Detroit, Ann Arbor, and Flint, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday.
The National Weather Service reports that southwest winds will range from 20 to 30 mph, with gusts up to 45 mph across most of the region. Huron, Sanilac, and Tuscola Counties may experience stronger gusts up to 50 mph. These winds could cause tree limbs to fall, unsecured objects to blow around, and isolated power outages.
Drivers, especially those operating high-profile vehicles, are urged to exercise caution during the advisory period.
