Wisconsin Winter Weather Advisory Issued for Saturday Snowfall

La Crosse, WI – A winter weather system is expected to bring accumulating snowfall across portions of Wisconsin late Friday night into Saturday, potentially impacting travel.

According to the National Weather Service in La Crosse, a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for Clark and Taylor counties from midnight Friday to 6 p.m. Saturday. Snowfall totals are expected to range between 3 and 6 inches, with locally higher amounts possible in northern Taylor County. Areas between Interstate 90 and Clark County could see 1 to 3 inches, with heavier accumulation closer to Clark County.

Road conditions are likely to become hazardous, with slippery surfaces and reduced visibility. Travelers are advised to slow down, use caution, and check 511wi.gov for updated road conditions.
