Los Angeles, California — At just five years old, Alec Van Khajadourian is captivating audiences and music lovers around the world with his extraordinary musical talents.

This LA native has quickly become a young prodigy, set to perform on some of the most prestigious stages in the world, including the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles and the iconic Carnegie Hall in New York City.

A Gift for Music from an Early Age

Alec’s journey with music began almost before he could walk. As a toddler, he showed a natural curiosity for the piano, playfully pressing the keys before his first birthday.

His perfect pitch was immediately evident to those around him. “I like playing brand new pieces. I like feeling the music, all that kind of stuff,” Alec says, giving a glimpse into his deep connection with his craft.

By the age of four, Alec was already performing classical pieces by some of the greatest composers in history, including Bach’s Minuet in G and Beethoven’s Ode to Joy, which are complex and highly technical compositions.

Adding to his accolades, Alec won First Prize at the Los Angeles Golden Classical Music Awards International Competition in May 2025, along with an invitation to perform at the Walt Disney Concert Hall on July 1.
