This year, the fireworks will launch from the Brooklyn Bridge and four barges in the East River at the Seaport District.

New York City is offering 100,000 free tickets to designated viewing areas in Brooklyn Bridge Park and Pier 16 and 17 at The Seaport in Manhattan.
Tickets will be available starting at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, and they’ll be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Live Performances and Music:
This year’s show will be paired with live performances by Jonas Brothers, Lenny Kravitz, Keke Palmer, Eric Church, Ava Max, and Trisha Yearwood.
The fireworks will be choreographed to a musical score produced by Ahmir “Questlove” Thompson and James Poyser, with a live performance from Ariana DeBose, who will host the event.
The 25-minute score will reflect themes of community, resiliency, and shared connection, making this year’s fireworks a celebration of both America’s spirit and the city’s vibrancy.

Celebrating 400 Years:
“This year, 100,000 lucky residents will have front-row access to one of the city’s most iconic events as our city celebrates its 400th anniversary this year and we get ready to celebrate our nation’s 250th anniversary next year,” said Mayor Eric Adams in a statement.
“It’s a celebration for everyone, whether you’re watching from Brooklyn Bridge Park or the piers at The Seaport in Manhattan. I can’t wait to join hundreds of thousands of New Yorkers and visitors as we light up the night and honor America’s birthday right here in the greatest city in the world,” he continued.
ADA-Accessible Viewing:
For those requiring ADA-accessible viewing, there will be a special location on the Manhattan side at Murry Bergtraum Field. Guests should enter at Pike Street and Cherry Street for this location.
