Slice House coming to Universal Studios Hollywood CityWalk
(KTLA) – Following several recent closures, a new restaurant is coming to Universal Studios Hollywood’s CityWalk.
Slice House by Tony Gemignani will open on Universal CityWalk this summer. The restaurant serves New York, Sicilian, Grandma and Detroit-style pizzas by the slice or as a whole pie. Gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options are also available.
The menu also includes pasta, wings, salads and more.
“Universal CityWalk is a monumental location for Slice House. To have a restaurant that serves my craft pizza in the heart of one of Southern California’s most popular and exciting entertainment landmarks is a dream come true,” founder Tony Gemignani told Theme Park Insider.
The outdoor shopping and dining location has been without a fast-casual pizza chain since Blaze Pizza closed in 2022 to make way for the expansion of the Starbucks Coffee next door, according to WDW News Today.
Slice House has locations throughout California, as well as in Las Vegas and Salt Lake City.
