Houston, TX – A foggy Sunday morning will give way to sunshine, kicking off February with mild temperatures before a warmer midweek trend.
According to the National Weather Service, patchy fog is expected early Sunday, clearing for a high of 73°F. Monday brings similar conditions, with fog before 10 a.m. and a high near 78°F. Residents should drive cautiously in low-visibility areas, especially along I-45 and Beltway 8.
By Tuesday, areas of morning fog will give way to mostly sunny skies with a high of 79°F. Wednesday marks the warmest day of the week, reaching 81°F with partly sunny conditions. Mild nights are expected, with lows ranging from 58°F to 67°F.
The extended forecast suggests a continuation of pleasant conditions, with highs in the upper 70s to low 80s through Thursday. Those planning outdoor activities should enjoy the warm afternoons, but remain cautious of morning fog, especially in low-lying areas.
