Eugene, OR – A winter weather advisory is in effect until 4 a.m. Thursday for the Cascades of Oregon and Washington, with light snowfall continuing to create travel concerns.
According to the National Weather Service, up to one inch of additional snow is expected in areas such as Santiam Pass, Government Camp, and Mt. St. Helens.
Motorists should prepare for slippery roads and reduced visibility, especially in higher elevations. Chains may be required on some routes.
