LOS ANGELES – No tickets matched all six numbers in Friday night’s draw of the multi-state Mega Millions lottery.
However, one ticket was sold that had five of the numbers but missed the Mega number, as reported by the Multi-State Lottery Association, the organization responsible for the game.
This specific ticket was purchased at a liquor store in Santa Rosa, California, and holds a prize of $137,648.
The winning numbers from Friday’s draw were 8, 9, 18, 35, 41, and the Mega number 18.
The upcoming draw is scheduled for Tuesday, featuring an estimated jackpot of $36 million. Winners have the option to receive a cash prize of $17.5 million instead.
The Mega Millions game is accessible in 45 states, along with the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
