BAKERSFIELD, California — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for help to find a 14-year-old boy who was last seen in south Bakersfield and is considered to be at risk.
The last time anyone saw 14-year-old Josigha Morow was on May 17, 2023, in the 1800 block of Lacey Street, just west of S. H Street.
He is thought to be at risk because he has never run away before.
Morow is black, 5’11” tall, weighs 105 pounds, and has brown eyes and black hair.
His last known outfit was black pants, red vans, and a grey bag.
The Bakersfield Police Department is asking anyone who knows where Morow is to call (661) 327-7111.
