Martinez Resident Strikes Gold with $23,000 SuperLotto Plus Win!

MARTINEZ, CA — Check your tickets, because someone in Martinez bought a SuperLotto Plus ticket worth more than $23,000.

On Wednesday, May 17, the winning numbers were 1, 11, 23, 35, and 37. 13 was the Mega number.

There was no winning SuperLotto Plus ticket for the $59 million prize.

Officials with the California Lottery say that there were, however, two winning tickets with five of five numbers sold. Each of these was worth $23,131.

One of the winning $23,131 tickets was sold at the Martinez Quik Stop at 1221 Muir Road. The other was sold at Ralphs in Camarillo, California, at 674 Las Posas Road.

There were also 21 tickets sold all over the Golden State that had four winning numbers and a Mega number. The price of each ticket was $1,101.

Another 395 tickets, each worth $97, had four winning numbers but no Mega numbers.

Another 732 tickets each won $47 because they had three winning numbers.

The SuperLotto Plus prize grew to $60 million because no one had a winning ticket. The next drawing is set for Saturday.
