SAN ANTONIO — According to the police, a shooting occurred at a nightclub on the north side due to a love triangle.
Authorities were called to the 3800 block of Blanco Road around 2:13 a.m. on Sunday in response to an ongoing shooting.
The sergeant explained that a woman and her new boyfriend were present at Manhattan Night Club when her ex-boyfriend arrived and initiated an argument.
The argument between the two men escalated rapidly. At that point, the ex-boyfriend reportedly produced a firearm and shot the new boyfriend in the shoulder.
The injured individual was transported to a hospital and is currently in stable condition.
After the shooting, the ex-boyfriend fled from the scene and has yet to be located, according to the police.
No further details were provided, and there were no additional reported injuries.
